Refund Policy

FeastCon ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, the conference provides several alternatives for those whose plans change.

Option 1: Transfer Your Ticket

Attendees can pass their ticket to someone else by notifying the organizers via Facebook Messenger at m.me/FeastConference with the new holder's name.

For discounted tickets (youth, PWD, or senior rates), the new ticket holder must also qualify for the same discount. Otherwise, they must cover the price difference.

Option 2: Roll Over to Next Year

Participants may apply their current ticket toward next year's event. Be aware that if next year's ticket prices increase, the buyer will shoulder the difference.

Option 3: Convert to Online Access

Attendees can switch their in-person ticket to an online version. Regular ticket holders receive extended viewing but no refund for the price gap. Youth ticket holders pay the difference to convert.

Upgrade Policy

Tickets can be upgraded to Premium status if availability permits. Upgrades are only allowed until October 31, 2025, with buyers covering any additional costs.

Important Deadline

All changes (transfers, conversions, upgrades) must be finalized on or before October 31, 2025. Beyond this date, tickets become final and non-transferable.
