A main provider is Neuralink (Philippines) through eMails.ph, providing email services certified under the Law.
The organization does not sell or pass personal information to other organizations/individuals without express consent, unless legally required.
Financial Records and Card Details. All financial payments and records are held per regulations under the Law.
All online or phone credit/debit card donations are made securely through third party service providers and payment gateways mandated by law. Unredacted card details are not recorded or stored on organizational systems.
The organization does not store unredacted financial details from online transactions nor pass them to third parties except where legally required for fraud reduction or requested service provision to minimize credit risks.
How Long We Retain Your Information
Personal information is retained only as long as required per the Law and other legal requirements.
Those indicating they no longer wish to hear from the organization will have minimum information retained ensuring no future contact.
After communication preference modification, information copies may be retained per applicable law, statute of limitations, or as reasonably necessary for legal compliance.
For Sensitive Personal Information, unless evidence of regular contact exists or law requires retention, sensitive information will be deleted after two (2) years.
