As a leader, the conference have given me the bravery to show weakness to my team and to apologize to them for being too number-driven. I said sorry for focusing too much on meeting goals and forgetting they were human. I thanked them for sticking with me despite me being too strict. Surprisingly still, these people, my team, had found ways to affirm me as their leader. They had in turn thanked me for being with them. I guess, it is an example of humility that also gets them uplifted. Una Batalon
