Refund Policy

FeastCon Mindanao ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

We understand that plans may change, so we’re offering the following flexible options for your convenience:

Option 1

Transfer Your Ticket

You may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. 

Just send us a message through our official Facebook page (fb.com/FeastConMindanao) or email us at [email protected] to let us know the name of the new ticket holder.

Discounted Tickets (PWD/Senior):

  • No further discounts will be applied during the Super Sale period, as prices are already discounted.

  • PWD/Senior discounts will apply only to regular rates after the Super Sale promo period.

 

  
Option 2

 

Use Your Ticket for Next Year

You may choose to use your ticket for next year’s Feast Conference Mindanao in Davao City instead.

Please note: If next year’s ticket prices increase, the buyer will shoulder the price difference.

 

  
Option 3

Convert On-Site Ticket to Online Access

You may convert your ticket to Online Access.

  • For Regular Tickets: You may convert to Online Access (with extended viewing duration). However, no refund will be issued for the price difference.

  • For Youth Tickets: You may convert to Online Access by paying the price difference during the Super Sale promo period. No refund will be issued for the price difference.
 

Upgrade Policy

Option 4

Upgrade to VIP Plus or Premium

Want to enhance your conference experience? You may upgrade your ticket to VIP Plus or Premium, subject to availability.

Upgrades are allowed until January 15, 2026, and the buyer will shoulder the price difference.

  

Important Reminders:

  • All changes (transfers, conversions, or upgrades) must be finalized on or before January 15, 2026.

  • After this date, all tickets are considered final and non-transferable.
