By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

Role of the Platform: Our platform is a digital marketplace that connects you with various food providers. We facilitate the connection between you and the food provider but do not act as a party to the agreement.

Role of the Food Provider: The food provider is an independent business that offers food and beverage services. Once you select a food provider, you enter into a direct agreement with them.

Role of the User/Buyer: As a user/buyer, you are responsible for reviewing the food provider’s menu, placing your order, and making any necessary payments directly to the food provider.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for food or beverages’ quality, quantity, or timely delivery. Any issues related to your order, such as food quality, delivery time, or payment, should be resolved directly with the food provider.
